That is not much to go on --

There are so many sources of issues when using an unknown printer model connected to an unknown network (or not), and printing from an unknown computer running (possibly) an unknown version of Windows.

Perhaps tell us more about the situation.

If your HP printer is connected but documents won't print, try power cycling the printer, checking the print queue for stuck jobs, and reinstalling the printer driver through Windows or the HP Smart app.

Replace "HP Smart app" with "HP" app --

HP App is the replacement for HP Smart on those versions of Windows where the application is supported.
