I currently cannot print anything except for information pages. I have gone from an old wifi name to the next, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. The other thing I did was go from using instant ink to using two regular ink cartridges. Both black ink and color ink. I only want to be able to print things off of my printer again. I don't know what my printers user name and password are as I was already trying to use the hp print and scan doctor. Can someone help me know what to do to resolve this issue? By the way my printer is an HP Envy 6400 series all-in-one printer.
