my printer won't print from my laptop. everything is saying it's connected by my laptop says that " your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem". Any ideas what to do?

  • Connection type currently in use — USB cable, Wi-Fi, or wired network.
  • Whether this issue started after a recent update (Windows update, HP App update, or firmware update) or a change in network settings.
  • Any troubleshooting steps already attempted, such as restarting the printer, reinstalling the driver, or running the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

 

Once we have these details, we can share the most suitable guidance to get the printer back up and running smoothly.
