I own a HP LaserJet Pro M15w. I recently changed homes and wifi network/company. I am unable to connect my printer to the new network. Can you please help?

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Perform the steps from the documents below. That should help.

 

Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

Update the firmware if available for your current OS. Click here
