Hi,

What exact feature are you trying to use?

 

I would assume you are trying to use any Web Services feature? (e.g. HP ePrint, Apps, etc.)?

 

Assuming this is correct, make sure the latest firmware is installed for the printer to maintain a proper connection with HP Cloud services, else it will fail.

 

for a Windows PC you may install the latest printer updates from your computer using below utility, else let us know what operating system you are using, such an update must be done from a computer:
