When myself or any of my coworkers send documents to the printer for printing, a few of the pages will print before a message pops up that says "Error receiving data". Sometimes after a minute the document will continue printing, otherwise it will print a single page with a text box covering the page content that says "Error: timeout. Offending Command: timeout".

 

I've spent (lapsed) 4 hours on the phone with HP support and they've tried downloading new drivers and software, hard restarts, HP easy print etc and the problem stopped for a couple of days before coming back. Even though I'm working off an older Mac, all my coworkers have the most recent Mac updates and it's still a problem for them. We're connected to the printer through IP with an ethernet cable. Thank you in advance for any assistance!
