Officejet 6100
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I recently upgraded to a new router.  I've tried to connect the 6100, but I get error message "password not accepted by the network".  I've tried just about everything I can think of and have seen in previous posts, but nothing is working.  Please help.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

1. Press and hold (Wireless) button and (Cancel) button for three seconds.

2. Press and hold the (Resume) button, and then press the (Wireless) button to print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset. By default, the network name (SSID) is “HP-Setup-xx-Officejet-6100”, where “xx is a random number generated by the printer, and the communication mode is "infrastructure."

Update the printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

Set up the printer on your wireless network
