Printer started out by just not printing anything sent to queue. Queue would show an error. Tried standard procedure: shut down everything including internet, unplug, restart...still nothing. Tried uninstalling printer and reinstalling. After reinstall, laptop said "driver not found". Reinstalled driver numerous times, restarted, etc. After an hour or so of that...finally shows printer available. Won't print. Go through process in Scan doctor...everything shows green checks until Print test page. Won't print test page. Now says Print Failed when I try to print anything from laptop. Will print from phone, but this is a small business and I can't/won't print everything from my phone. Have also run Dianose & Fix module in HP Smart app too with no results. NOTE: This printer and laptop have worked wirelessly together for years, no recent changes have been made to laptop. I also turned off the firewalls during all of this.
