hello i have a hp officejet7510 and it prints from pdf and excell, but when i use word or want to print from the browser it says reconnect printer go to hp software and follow these steps. when i try to do that and give in the ip adress to connect the printer it stalls at step 3 and says cannot find or reconnect the connection, please try again later.

 

i m getting pretty annoyed by this since i have to export files to pdf everytime to be able to print.
