Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M148
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We moved to a new house with a new internet provider.  When I tried to set up my printer with the new wifi, it we not let me access the setting and says that I need an admin password.  I do not remember ever setting this up, how do I reset it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

1. On the printer control panel, press the wrench button.

 

2. Open the following menus: ● Service ● Restore Defaults 3. Touch or press the OK button. The printer automatically restarts.
