Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 416

Um tempo atrás fiz alteração do login e senha de Adm da minha impressora e agora que preciso acessar as configurações não mais acesso pois perdi a senha e usuário. Já tentei fazer reset mas a impressora volta com os dados anteriores. Alguém consegue me auxiliar? 
Obs: uso linux e não consigo suporte oficial da hp.
