What is the exact issue you are facing?
Meanwhile, you answer that, try the following.
Press and hold the Resume and Black Copy
buttons at the same time.
Without releasing the buttons, turn on the printer.
Wait at least 5 seconds, and then release the buttons.
After about 20 seconds, your printer automatically restarts.
