Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Envy 7640 - Machine does not think my LapTop is connected.  I have downloaded new drivers, reinstalled HP software.  What to do?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand the scanner does not recognize the printer.

 

To assist better -

  1. Are you able to make copies and print using the printer?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. Is the printer connected to home or public network?
  5. Is there an antivirus software installed on your computer?
