I understand you’re having trouble with the HP account login process. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:
 

Double-Check Username and Password: Make sure there are no typos in your username or password. Sometimes an accidental space or typo can cause issues.

Reset Password:

  • Go to the HP login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password. After resetting, try logging in again with the new password.

Clear Browser Cache: If you're trying to log in through a web browser, clearing your cache can help resolve any login issues due to outdated saved data.

  • Open your browser settings, find the option to clear browsing data, and select "Cached images and files" (you don't need to clear other data if you don't want to).

HP Smart App Login:

  • If you’re using the HP Smart app, make sure it’s updated to the latest version.
  • Try logging out of the app and then logging back in.
  • If the app still won’t accept your credentials, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app, then try logging in again.

Check for Account Lock:

  • If there were multiple unsuccessful login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password to unlock the account.
