Product: HP Color LaserJet Managed MFP E87640du-E87660du - Base Product 40-60ppm

Hi, I successfully set up scan to email on our new printer but the printer then got moved to a different physical location with a different network port and scan to email no longer works and I just keep getting the error smtp gateway not responding. It has the same SMTP settings that worked previously and I have even tried lots of other SMTP settings that I know should work. Any ideas on how I can fix this please?
