getting cannot connect to web services - tried everything in HP solutions nothing works
Please make sure the latest firmware is installed for your printer:
If the problem remains, print a Printer Status Report - what is the Firmware Version listed on value 7?
Thanks for the suggestion but not a firmware issue. Have tried everything the virtual HP agent suggests and even uninstalled and reinstalled printer.
Could you let me know your current firmware version to make sure it is not related?
Click the help menu on the printer (The question mark) and select Printer Information.
What is the exact listed firmware version on that screen?
Also, print and evaluate a Wireless Test Report by clicking the wireless icon and then the gear icon, select Reports and there select Wireless Test Report.
Can you see any attention or warning listed on its header?
firmware version is VERPLSPP1N003.2025A.00
Wireless test report says "No problems found. Your printer has access to the internet, which is required for Web services."
