Product: Deskjet 4645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

I have a Deskjet 4645 printer all in one

and I installed this software

whenever I try to click on scan I get this error:

the printer wireless is set correctly and the light is steady

and my computer does recognize it and I can print on wireless

whenever I try to set up a wirless connection on the assistant I get this error

even though it does recognize my printer

how can I solve this?
