Tankless 7600 I refilled ink. I cant use the touch screen because it just keeps spinning checking ink levels. I cant communicate with it because of this. The smart app says it is offline.

Hard Power Reset

  • Keep the printer powered on.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Unplug the other end from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the cord back into a wall outlet directly (avoid surge protectors or extension cords).
  • Reconnect the cord to the printer.
  • Press the Power button to turn it back on.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Best regards,

I'm an HP Employee.
