I have two dual-boot Windows 10/Ubuntu PCs (one HP, one Lenovo), and an HP Envy 5020 series printer. Until last week, I was able to print from both Ubuntu & Windows 10, but now I can't print from Ubuntu. I have tried every help-screen possible, with no success. Using hp-setup in Ubuntu gives me: Error -no devices found on bus.net. Using hp device manager gives me "No installed HP devices found". On my HP laptop, when I open Settings>Printers, I now get a messge "Sorry! The system printing service doesn't seem to be available". On the Lenovo PC, the printer is shown as Ready, but will not print. I can still print on Windows 10 using HP Smart, but this does not seem to be available in Ubuntu.
Any ideas what has gone wrong?
