unable to reset HP 410 Ink Tank Wireless Printer

Hi I have tried to perform the following steps many times, but the forgotten password is not resetting .

Steps performed multiple times -No Go: 

1. Turn off the printer.

2.Power Cycle Printer. 

3. Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time.
4. While holding the buttons, turn on the printer.
5. Continue holding the buttons until all the lights blink, indicating a successful reset.

On the HP Network Configuration Page  :

General Information :

1. Network Status  : Offline

2.Active Connection Type: None

3. URL for Embedded Web Server : None

4.Firmware Revision: KEP1FN2020AR

5.Hostname: HP093261

6.Internet: Not applicable 

>>The  Wifi blue light on the  printer is blinking. 

I have forgotten the Printer EWS  custom password.

You may need to reset the printer. There seems to be no single reset video so browse these

This is useful if you do not have access to the router or you want to avoid using the router and print directly to the printer.
