unable to setup wireless connection

Hi

I am experiencing issues with wifi connectivity on my HP 2700e deskjet all-in-one printer.

The wireless button is flashing blue continually but the window shows the wifi emblem. I have tried turning my router, laptop and printer off then on again but this does not resolve the issue.

Also i am unable to install HP smart software from 123.hp.com i have an OFFLINE message.

How can i resolve this?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP 2700e deskjet all-in-one printer.. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Let's try resetting the printer and check once

1) Take out the cartridges.  

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.  

3) Wait for 30 seconds.   

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.  

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Update the printer firmware
