Hi @tom12343,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To unlock the setup wizard on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e, you’ll need the Wi-Fi Direct name (SSID) and password. You can find these by checking the label on the back or bottom of the printer, where the default Wi-Fi Direct credentials are printed (e.g., HP-Setup-8025e). Alternatively, access the printer's touchscreen, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and navigate to Wi-Fi Direct to view the details. Another option is to print a Network Configuration Report from Setup > Reports on the touchscreen, which includes the Wi-Fi Direct or Admin Password.

Let me know if you need further help!
