Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I updated to Catalina 10.15.7 getting error code "HPDeviceMonitoring framework will damage your computer" ...but I can not get HP Easy Start of HP UnInstaller to open, so I can follow the fixes I am reading about...

Now I got it to open, I click on my printer and it says We were not able to locate any sw options for this product...Do I have to delete my printer and reinstall?
