La stampante è off-line e mi chiede verifica account ma è tutto a posto, dati, garanzia ecc. Che devo fare? La devo buttare e non comprare mai più prodotti HP?

The printer is off-line. On HpSmart Apply, the system write "verify account". But it's all ok (warranty, name, mail...) The HP customer care do not exist. I do not find anywhere, how to repare the printer. This signal error is not present in menu or FAQ.
I have a valid warranty (only15 days from pruchase) but for to speak to an operator, i would pay € 25,00!!! Are you crazy??
What should i do? Throw away the printer and never buy HP products again?
