Hi,
Web services was working till a couple week ago. I can not you e-print any more. I made reset printer and installed from zero. Still web services does not activate. If I try to click the "Enable" button on "HP Web Services" tab, I get alert that no web connection. I used wired and wireless connections even connected printer in different WiFi network, result is same. I am sure there is no any missing thing at Router side. How can I fix it?

@Goksun, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you have issues with connecting the printer to web services, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services to isolate and resolve the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I am sorry to say this but it does not work. I already passed all these steps before write here. First of all, it was functioning perfectly before and stoped suddenly. It means that configurations are correct. However, I set up the printer from zero, reset everything including the router. If advice me any way to diagnose, it will be better. This is something exceptional and I could not figure out.
