Product: hp deskjet 2752 printer

Hi guys I bought my printer 3 days ago and set up everything but I am unable to turn on the web services. watch the video and try all the possible solution but nothing work. the printer even print the code but when I put the code on hp smart to claim the printer, the system do not recognize the code. I try to contact hp support but i couldn't reach them. I need help, otherwise i will have to return the printer.
