Hi,

What option you refer to? a wireless password or any other option you are trying to use?

 

Try clicking the bottom hash or asterisk keys for special characters.

Thank you for your response.  It is for my wireless password.  I scroll through the symbol keys on the printer but there is no exclamation point option. I really don't want to change my password.
