Product: HP Smart Tank 5000/5100 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had to get and install a new Verizon router.  Now I am unable to connect my smart tank 5100 to wifi. I have tried everything suggested. I hate not being able to figure this out. 

Any help would be great and much appreciated.

Hi @petsitter95 

You may need to restart Wifi network on printer, and then connect to a new router.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to restart Wifi on printer:

Also check that Verizon router is providing a 2.4G network, because Smart Tank 5100 printer is able to connect only to 2.4G networks.
