My power went out now my HP Smart Tank 6000 series wont connect up to the wi-fi

It may have been damaged by a power spilke which can happen during a sudden power outage.  If the printer powers up then the problem is possibly the router. 

 

 

  • Unplug printer from the wall outlet.
  • If the power cord has a transformer (wall wart) unplug from the printer also.
  • Press the power button 2-3 times to discharge residual electricity.
  • Wait 60 second then plug back in and turn on.

Any blinking lights?  Possibly a reset may help
