Hi @imkasey ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand and I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you're experiencing. Let me help you resolve this issue. Changing the WiFi on your HP DeskJet 3755 involves a few steps:

Step 1: Reset the Printer's Network Settings

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button () on the printer simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  3. The WiFi light should begin blinking, indicating the printer is in setup mode.

Step 2: Reconnect to WiFi

Using the HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone if you haven’t already.
  • Open the app, and click Set up a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your printer and connect it to your WiFi network.

Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) (if supported by your router):

  • Press the WPS button on your router.
  • Within 2 minutes, press and hold the Wireless button on your printer until the light blinks.
  • Wait for the wireless light to stop blinking and become solid, indicating a successful connection.

Step 3: Verify Connection

  • Print a Wireless Network Test Report:
    1. Press and hold the Information button (📄) until all control panel buttons light up.
    2. Press the Information button and the Wireless button together to print the report.

If the report confirms the connection, you're ready to print wirelessly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
