Hi @tocastafly,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Envy 4500 is having Wi-Fi connection issues. Please try the following steps:

Restart devices

Power cycle the printer, router, and computer.

Re-connect Wi-Fi

On the printer, press the Wireless button.

Select Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect to your Wi-Fi (make sure the SSID and password are correct).

Check router settings

Ensure the printer is on the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band (the Envy 4500 does not support 5 GHz).

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download from HP Support. This tool can automatically fix connection issues.

Reinstall drivers

Uninstall the printer software and reinstall the latest drivers from HP’s website.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
