Hi @Hrichey,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the Wi-Fi light on your HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer is blinking and it's not connecting to your laptop, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

Restart the Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
  • Once the router is back online, plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
  • Verify that other devices are able to connect to your Wi-Fi network without issues.

Reconfigure Wi-Fi Settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings.
  • Select the option to set up a new wireless connection or reconfigure the existing one.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can usually check for updates through the printer’s control panel or by visiting the HP Support website.

Reset Network Settings:

  • If the issue persists, you might need to reset the network settings on your printer. This can usually be done through the printer's settings menu. Look for a "Network Reset" option and follow the instructions.

Check for Interference:

  • Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices that might be causing interference between the printer and your router.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • On your laptop, uninstall the current printer software and drivers.
  • Download and install the latest version of the printer software from the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
