Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

Hello! We upgraded to fiberoptic internet and when we did, we updated our wifi password.  My printer will not connect to wifi now--when I try to follow the instructions on how to re-connect, I get stopped at password--our new wifi password doesn't work.  I get a message that says password incorrect for the envy 6000 series." I've tried our old password too, doesn't work.  I've also tried my HP account password and it doesn't work.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please try a Wireless reset and then use HP Smart to setup the printer in the new network.
