Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer and computer are on the same network.  HP Smart finds the printer and shows it installed.  I printed a test page but nothing happens.  An error message:  HTTP statue 500 - Internal Server Error; Secondary server not ready.  

 

I have rebooted the computer, printer, and wifi router several times, and installed an update for Windows 11.  Nothing resolves the issue.  Don't know where to go from here.
