need to talk with someone in tech support about a wireless connectivity issue. Using the wifi wizard the printer finds the network but when the password is input the printer never connects. No fat fingering of the password occurred.

Use Wireless Setup Wizard:
- On the printer control panel, navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Select your network from the list.
- Enter the network password carefully and ensure there are no mistakes.
Check Printer Settings:
- Make sure the wireless radio on the printer is turned on.
Step-by-Step Solution Using Wireless Setup Wizard
Access the Wireless Setup Wizard:
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
- Scroll to and select Wireless Settings.
