Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer just stopped printing. Asks for user name and password. I have no clue. It will work plugged in to ethernet cable but not wireless. What is user name and password????????

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
