Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Office Jet 250 will not connect to WIFI- ran all the diagnostics.  No go...

 

Wireless Network Test results show wireless radio is not functioning contact HP support.

 

Please advise

The wireless radio is not functioning- this clearly means that the wireless card on the printer has failed. It is a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/replacement.
