@Chaconia, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help resolve the issue of your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775 All-in-One Printer showing as offline and the wireless icon blinking continuously:

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Step 1: Restart All Devices

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  3. Restart your computer or mobile device.
  4. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

This clears temporary network or device errors

Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  1. On the printer, press and hold the Wireless button until the Wireless light starts blinking.
  2. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  3. Wait for the Wireless light to stop blinking and turn solid blue.

This uses WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) to reconnect the printer.

Step 3: Check Printer Status on Your Device

On Windows:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click your printer > See what's printing.
  3. Click Printer > Uncheck Use Printer Offline if selected.

On macOS:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your printer and click Open Print Queue.
  3. Resume or restart the printer if paused.

Step 4: Reinstall or Update Printer Drivers

Step 5: Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

  • Download the HP Smart app on your phone or PC. HP Smart
  • Use it to:
    • Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi.
    • Check printer status.
    • Run diagnostics and updates.

Still Not Working?

If the wireless light continues to blink and the printer remains offline:

  • Perform a network reset on the printer:
    1. Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
    2. The printer will restart and reset its network settings.
    3. Reconnect using the HP Smart app or WPS method.

 I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
