Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I need some help. My printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my computer. I have no idea why every time I try to print it cannot find my printer. This is driving me crazy and I can't take it anymore. It seems like I have to turn off the printer and turn it back on to get it to work again.

Is there any idea why you think this could be happening. I made sure that the printer is on the same network as my laptop. Sometimes it works but a lot of times it doesn't. I have the same exact model printer in another office that I could send documents to print on. I think that printer is connected hardwired to the router. But it shouldn't matter because I'm able to print from my printer sometimes. It just seems like a lot of times it just doesn't want to connect and receive the item to print

I think there should be a driver issue your pc could not have proper drivers installed to connect with the printer
