I have had this printer for a number of years with no problems. Suddenly it is not seeing my wireless router. Have never had a problem before. It is seeing other wireless networks near my house but not mine. A computer sitting next to the printer sees and is connected to my network. Other devices in the house are connected to the router. But the list of wireless networks in the printer does not include mine.

 

I have unplugged the printer and router. Also reset the printer to factory default. Still not seeing my router.

 

Any help appreciated.

After 90 minutes on the phone with HP tech support, finally got it to work.

Sorry it was complicated and I don't remember details but it involved using the HP Smart software to set its own wireless network and then have the computer connect to that. I was lucky that my printer was still within the period of tech support. The support person was clearly going through an algorithm of solutions and eventually found one that worked for me.
