Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a hp c410a printer, I keep getting the error code 0x61000016.  When it does this, it will not print till I push the OK button on the printer.  When it does this it will not automatically print the 2 sided page.  This is so annoying, I just put a new print head on it, thinking that is what was wrong, I reset the printer, and did all that hp offers.  This is an old printer, but I love it, it has my faxes that come through, and sometines they don't come thro either.  Is there a setting that I can do, so the printer by passes this error code?

Hi! @vkswek, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you get error 0x61000016 on your printer.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any changes on your printer?

Please try the steps mentioned below.

Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
Remove the cartridges from the product.
Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.

Let me know how it goes!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
