initial jam error code 13.03.00     unable to find jam have checked all locations vac/blown out printer removed duplex toner and all paper trays swapped trays still unable to clear 13.00.02 jam in tray 32 error need suggestions hp out of warranty 2007

Most common place for paper to be stuck that you can not see if behind the tray 1 manual feeder on the right side. Open the toner door and remove the toner and open tray 1 and remove the little cover in front that hides the envelope feeder slot. After you do that you can lift up on the plastic piece that is spring loaded to see if you can see the paper. Another thing you can do is open the right side door below tray 1 and then take a stiff folder cut down to paper size and feed it up the paper path from below to see if you can dislodge the paper in the path.
