macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have just had to renew the hard dosk in my mac computer.  I have downloaded the driver for my Officejet 6700 Premium printer.

When I try to print a document the printer window does not contain the facilities to select the paper size or switch 2 sided printing on and off.

How do I change the printer windo to the normal HP one.

Rgds.

Welcome to HP Forums @NationP,

Thanks for the post.

I see you are facing an issue with the print settings missing on our MAC. Glad to help.

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Have you tried a different application to print and check?

Recommend you to try to print from a different application or reinstall the printer driver.

HP Printers - Uninstalling HP Printer Software (Mac)

HP Printers - Resetting the Printing System (Mac)

Download the latest driver from www.hp.com/drivers

Install the latest driver and check.

Keep me posted.
