Product: Office jet 4655
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I want my printer to scan and attach it to my email address, not send it to a folder on my laptop. How do I set that up? Can you please explain it step by step? Thanks!

Hi,

A such is only supported by the HP Software, through a local mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, etc.

 

Do you have an email client installed and configured on your PC? a web based mail interface is not supported for scanning to Email from the HP Scan software.
