I agree, it's very disappointing that HP seems to have this tuned to reject emails.  Also very disappointing that no representative of HP has had any comment on this post.  I have just given up on the email feature, which was a "nice to have" for me.  I don't control any of the SPF or DNS entries for my servers (Office 365 and Hotmail) and have spent enough time on this.  I am posting this on Amazon, though - maybe HP will notice it there since they don't seem to be reading their own bulletin boards.

has a solution been found for error. I had recently purchase an Officejet 7500a printer. I am receiving the same error codes via my BlackBerry.

Found a workaround if you use Google Chrome.

Download: "HP Print for Chrome" here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hp-print-for-chrome/cjanmonomjogheabiocdamfpknlpdehm

Enter a name for the printer, and the IP address. Works awesome.

Best,

Paul

I had the same error, and in my case the outgoing IP where I was sending the emails was blacklisted

Sending from a different outgoing IP, it works.

I think that if you have the same problem and is for the same reason, hp should lower the SPAM level for hpeprint domain
