Hello, you will have to download the latest firmware, put it on a thumb drive and access the preboot menu to try and flash the printer.
1. Turn the product on.
2. Press the Stop button when the Ready, Data, and Attention LEDs are illuminated solid.
3. Use the Down arrow button to navigate the Preboot menu options.
4. Press the OK button to select a menu item.
5. Scroll down to the Administrator and hit OK.
6. Scroll to Download and hit OK.
7. Select USB and hit OK.
8. Select the latest firmware you downloaded.
Machine will restart a couple times once it is done upgrading.
