I have A2 card stock and want to print invitation on it but my printer doesn't show the correct size picture I need printed. It is either off center or cut off. Can anyone help please?

Hi @pattypat4495,
Thanks for showing interest in the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're experiencing problems printing "A2 card stock 4.25 x 5.5" on your HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer. I will certainly do my best to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
Generally, when you experience these type of problems is because the print settings are wrong or the paper type/size is not supported.
Please view the HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer (E4W43A, E4W47A) Specifications below.

From what I can see, your printer does not support "A2 card stock 4.25 x 5.5". I highly recommend using a supported paper size.
You can certainly configure a custom-size in Windows, however, there is no guarantee that it will work.
I hope this information is helpful. Please respond to this post with the results. Good Luck!
