What printer model (there are many Envy models)?   The alignment process will repeat if the alignment is not completed or if it fails.  Generally to complete the alignment process the page must be placed on the flatbed scanner in the proper orientation and the OK or scan button pressed, the details will depend on your model.

The alignment will fail if black and the alignment color (typically cyan) are not working properly.

OK, the Officejet Pro k5400 is an entirely different model than the Envy printers.  It has automatic scanning of the alignment while printing the alignment page.  The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the alignment issue you are having.

The printing is not the problem it's Ok. My problem is , when i turn on the printer or after i print a document it prints the aligment page again. It was supposed to do it once after i changed the printheads but it keeps on printing it.

Thank you  Pedro.

The alignment page will continue to print if the alignment fails.  You say the alignment page is printing correctly, this would leave the sensor as the likely issue.  The sensor is mounted on the carriage that holds the printheads, I may be able to take some pictures later.  I will be out for the next half a day, it would be later tonite or tomorrow before I could get a picture.

Cleaning the underside of the sensor may resolve the issue, I would suggest using a damp Q-Tip.

Thank you, I'll wait. Pedro

Before we tackle the cleaning first make sure the alignment page is printing properly.  Are all the patterns properly printing?  If not we should address that first.

If the page prints correctly then we can try cleaning the sensor as follows: Turn on the printer and wait for the alignment page printing to start up.  Once the printhead has moved out of the service station area pull out the power cord (without turning off the printer).  You should now be able to reach inside and manually move the print carriage to the left.  Move it to a position where you can access the right side of the carriage.  Near the bottom edge on the right side is the sensor assembly, which will be connected by some wires.  The sensor is on the underside of the assembly.  Use a damp Q-tip to wipe the underside of this area.  Be careful not to get ink from the pads below the platen area onto the Q-tip.  It is difficult to get to this area, it may help to move the carriage to the right or left.  The picture below is taken from the right side looking toward the carriage.  It is for an Officejet Pro 8000, but should be a pretty good match for your printer.  After you are done cleaning (a few swipes should be enough) close the lid and plug the printer back in, turn it on and let the alignment process complete.
