Good day!

Ensure Bonjour and IPP are enabled.

Otherwise, it could be due to Admin disabled AirPrint, check via EWS:

1. Settings

2. Security

3. Administrator Settings

Please let me know if this solution help. 🙂

Finally - a fix!!!

I had the same problem.  As a new user, I was expecting that AirPrint to be working after initial setup -- or at least ask me to ask me about AirPrint during setup, but it didn't.

In searching through the support forums and finally on amazon after many frustrating minutes, I finally found a clue from another user's post.

I thought the printer was broken until I finally found the AirPrint setting in the printer's online administration page, which was default set to "off".
