Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, your suggestion didn't help. I'm really at my wits end because there is no apparent reason I can't print from my iPhones.

Tried and failed. :indifferent: The 655 is different than the 657 and some of the settings are different. I have posted my inquiry to those forums too. Thanks for the info.
